1 - Can I amend the details in my registration?

Any changes or amendment needed in your personal details can be changed by emailing to support@event.nccrconference.com.my

2 - Upon successful of registration, what will I receive?

You will receive the confirmation and payment confirmation via email. *IF you do not receive these emails, please also check your Junk/Spam Mail as it might have been filtered by your email server. If you still have not received these emails, please notify us at support@event.nccrconference.com.my

3 - I can’t find my Registration/Payment Confirmation. How can I retrieve it?

Kindly email us at support@event.nccrconference.com.my to request for Registration/Payment Confirmation copy.

4 - Who can attend the show / is the show open to general public?

This only applicable for invited guest / or industry related personnel.

5 - I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Kindly proceed to the Sign In page where you can click on the “Forgot Password” and please follow the direction given to get the reset password link send to your registered email

6 - I still have problem log in to my account after reset password, how do I proceed?

7 - After log in, why I can’t access to the event?

The event is accessible on the 18 August 2021, 9.00 AM.

8 - How do I register as a Media?

9 - If I am interested to participate in this event, how do I register as an exhibitor?

10 - Why I can’t access the live chat / help desk feature?

11 - Can the attendees use the platform if there is no Internet connection?

Internet connection will be required to access the platform.

12 - Can I log in after the event date?

13 - What if I am not available to participate in the live sessions?

All the live session will be recorded and available for replay the day after live session ended.

14 - I had previously registered as a visitor at physical event, will my registration still be valid for the digital event?

Yes, you are required to register again on the platform. Please contact organiser by e-mail at support@event.nccrconference.com.my

15 - Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event?

Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you. Kindly contact our technical support support@event.nccrconference.com.my

16 - Can I share my platform login information with other members of my team?

Only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) per account will be allowed to enter the platform at one time.

17 - How can I communicate with the exhibitor?

You can communicate with the exhibitor through live chat and email.

18 - What is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ?

The General Data Protection Regulation is a European-wide law that replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. It places greater obligations on how organisations handle personal data. It came into effect on 25 May 2018. The GDPR applies to ‘personal data’, which means any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier.

19 - What is Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) ?

The Personal Data Protection Act is an act enacted by the Malaysian government in 2010 to protect individual’s personal data and it applies to any person who processes and any person who has control over or authorizes the processing of any personal data in respect of commercial transaction.
